Chiricahua Community Health will be at Bowie Schools on Monday, July 14th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, providing FREE sports physicals for Bowie school student athletes ONLY.
APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED - Please call 520-364-1429 to schedule an appointment.
Physical forms are available at the District Office. Be sure to pick one up and complete it before your appointment so they can get started right away. A parent or legal guardian MUST accompany the student to the appointment.
