Agriculture News

High school students have planted flowers and veggies. Plants will be for sale soon! Students in the agriculture class are planting for the spring, and the beds are coming right along. They will be selling delicious veggies and beautiful flowers. Contact Kelly Zamudio for more information.

Cemetery Clean-Up

Thank you, Cemetery Committee and the Bowie Chamber of Commerce for partnering with BUSD for the clean-up! Mr. and Mrs. Sager enjoyed working on a cold and rainy day! Ms. Nancy Jean Welker, President of the Bowie Chamber, not only provided lunch but lots of muscle! Dean Ragan, Bowie USD School board member, assisted students Raven and Adrianna with the clean-up. The cemetery looks beautiful. Thank you!

Family-To-Family Course

Nami is hosting a free family-to-family course from March 1 through May 10 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Bowie High School. The program will balance skills training with self care, emotional support, and empowerment. Please see our family-to-family course flyer for more information.
