At Bowie Unified School District, we make it our mission to provide our students with nutritious, well-balanced meals. We understand the importance of a balanced diet, and offer plenty of healthy food choices. We strive to work with our students and their parents in teaching life-long healthy habits.

Free and reduced price lunches are available according to family income guidelines, but parents must fill out the appropriate application and our District must approve it before a student receives free and reduced breakfast and lunch. See the kitchen manager or the office for the proper forms.

• Breakfast begins at 7:20 a.m. and we dismiss students to begin the school day at 7:40 a.m.
• Lunch time for elementary students begins at 11:15 a.m. for Kindergarten and proceeds through the 6th grade in 5-minute intervals.
• Lunch time for middle school is 11:35 a.m. to 12:10 p.m.
• Lunch time for high school is 11:54 a.m. to 12:20 p.m.
